Gregory M. Pappas (Greg), its Founder and President, is a highly regarded member in the construction industry. Mr. Pappas has been in the construction industry since 1972, with a background in commercial, industrial and residential construction. Greg also oversees the daily field operations. Greg was Operations Manager for Christiana Construction Inc. for many years. He has a vast experience in all fields of the industry and a commitment to the "Team" theory of project management.

Judy G. Walsh, the Corporation's Office Manager, has been in the construction industry since 1984. With experience primarily in the financial sector, Judy's duties further include Human Resource issues and project management assistance.

George DiFrancesco, MGK’s Field Operations Manager, has served in the Construction industry since 1982. Starting out as a Carpenter’s Helper, he then advanced to positions of Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, Project Foreman, and Superintendent. While overseeing all aspects of our field operations, George will also, when needed, continue to supervise a given project as necessary. George’s strengths are his commitment to quality, on-time completions and manpower. He has a strong past history in the quality, on-time completion of several multi-family residential communities built for the Delaware State Housing Authority and the Maryland CDA System, as well as the construction of numerous commercial projects, from a Jiffy Lube to Greenwood School. He has also supervised projects in hospitals, schools, retirement homes and office building fit-outs. George was the instrumental lead in the successful completion of the private, for-sale projects of Creekwood Villas Condominiums and Oyster Bay Condominiums in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware as well as the Prestwyck Court Townhouse project for the City of Wilmington, during his tenure here at MGK Construction.
